NHS treatment
NHS dental treatment in Scotland is free for under-18s and for those who are exempt — including some benefits, pregnancy and the year after. Everyone else pays a contribution set by NHS Scotland. We'll tell you which category you're in before any treatment, and you can mix NHS and private care.
